Tuscan Women Cook offers programs in May, June, July, September, and October. The cost of the week-long program is $3,950 per person, based on double occupancy. Single supplement is $350.
The program includes 6 night’s accommodation at La Chiusa in Montefollonico (double occupancy), all meals including wine, cooking classes, sightseeing, winery visits and tastings, Pecorino cheese tastings and visits to local markets and historical towns. We do provide transportation during the week for all activities. Airfare and ground transportation to and from Montefollonico are not included.
A deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 90 days before the start of the program. Cancellations received 120 days before the start of the program will receive a full refund.
Classes are small enough to accommodate cooks of all levels, yet large enough to allow you to make friends from all over the world. Classes are ideal for groups of family and friends who travel together.
We recently received some cancellations for our fall season and some other guests have changed the weeks they will be joining us. All this leaves us with spaces available for two of our prime fall weeks—September 12-18 and October 10-16, 2010. We are offering these two wonderful weeks at special reduced pricing for new registrations received before August 30, 2010. We expect both of the weeks to sell out very quickly, so should you make the decision to join us this fall, please contact us very quickly.
For the week of October 10-16, 2010, our guests will be staying at the Residenza d’Epoca La Costa atop the hill and inside the medieval walls of Montefollonico. La Costa is very special to us and has been our primary hotel for the last 7 years.
