Terms and Conditions for Tuscan Women Cook, LLC
Tuscan Women Cook is a culinary immersion experience in Tuscany that includes room and board, meals, cooking classes, sightseeing, visits to local artisans, and wine tastings.
Guests interested in joining our program agree to pay for the service(s) rendered by Tuscan Women Cook in advance of the service(s) being provided.
Initial payment shall be made at the time of interest to reserve one guest’s spot using a secure Credit Card Link. Final payment shall be paid 120 days prior to the guest’s trip using a secure Credit Card Link.
Reschedule/Cancellation Policy:
Should you wish to reschedule, we kindly request that you let us know 120 days prior to your trip to select a new date within one year from the date of your initial reservation.
If you wish to cancel, please notify Tuscan Women Cook at Info@TuscanWomenCook.com of any cancellations 120 days prior to your trip for a full refund. Cancellations made within 120 days of the scheduled service(s) may be subject to a nominal cancellation fee, as determined by the Merchant.
Covid Policy:
The safety of our guests, including the elderly residents of our village, is our top priority.
Should any signs of illness manifest during your stay, we will respectfully request that you undergo Covid-19 testing to safeguard the health and safety of all individuals involved in the trip.
In the event of a Covid-19 contraction, we ask that you remain in your room where meals will be provided. If you wish to access the shared patio, please do so when other guests are absent and wear a mask indoors to protect our staff and fellow guests. Should you prefer alternative lodging, we will assist in arranging lodging nearby, with associated costs to be covered by you.
Given these considerations, we strongly advise all guests to wear a mask when traveling and secure comprehensive travel insurance coverage to mitigate any unforeseen circumstances.

Terms of Service:
Guests understand that failure to make payments after the due date, and failure to communicate any plans of cancellation or rescheduling, may result in cancellation of the service(s) booking.
Tuscan Women Cook is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or thefts occurring during your stay. Additionally, we do not assume responsibility for any issues arising with third-party companies. However, we are committed to providing support and assistance to our guests to the best of our ability. Ensuring the satisfaction and overall experience of our guests remains our highest priority.
Talent Release:
By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, guests authorize Tuscan Women Cook to use their image on the trip for media and advertising purposes without receiving compensation (including but not limited to social media, website content, and printed publications).
